Where we ship

For Keeps currently ships to the United States. Orders are made and fulfilled by our production partner, ShineOn.

Delivery options

• Standard: $6.95 USD per order. Allow 3–5 business days for preparation, then approximately 2–5 business days in transit with USPS.
• Priority: $13.95 USD per order. Allow 3–5 business days for preparation, then approximately 1–2 business days in transit with FedEx.

Priority upgrades transit speed; it does not shorten production. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Busy periods, quality checks and carrier delays can extend delivery.

Tracking and delays

We send tracking when your order ships. A created shipping label does not mean the carrier has received the parcel. If we cannot ship within the stated preparation period, we will contact you with an updated date and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

Address changes and delivery help

Please check your address before ordering. Contact us promptly for changes; we cannot guarantee changes after production or dispatch. If tracking stalls, the parcel is missing, or it arrives damaged, use our contact form with your order number. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Do not send a return to the address on a shipping label without contacting us.
