Shopping with For Keeps

For Keeps sells jewelry gifts through this Shopify store. Questions about products, orders or these terms can be sent through our contact form. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and our shipping and return and refund policies.

Products and orders

Review the product description, selected finish, box and printed message before purchasing. Our current Love Knot gift includes the fixed message shown; it does not offer buyer-entered names or engraving. Photographs show the product configuration, but screen colors and the appearance of metals can vary slightly.

You must provide accurate contact and delivery information and be authorized to use your payment method. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt. If we cannot fulfill your order, or discover a material listing error, we will contact you and offer a correction you may accept or cancel the affected items and refund any payment taken.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars unless checkout explicitly displays another currency. Applicable shipping and taxes are shown before you place the order. Payment is processed through Shopify and the payment providers available at checkout. Prices may change for future orders; this does not change an accepted order.

Preparation, delivery and refunds

Our production partner ShineOn makes and fulfills the gift for your order. Estimated preparation and shipping times, delay handling, cancellation requests and remedies are described in the linked policies. Contact For Keeps for support; you do not need to resolve a problem with our supplier yourself.

Using this site

Do not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, or submit fraudulent orders. Product artwork, photographs and site content may not be copied or resold without the relevant rights holder’s permission. Your personal information is handled as explained in our privacy policy.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law gives you. Updates apply to future purchases; the terms in force when you order apply to that order.
